These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and CryptoJob. They apply whenever you access the platform, whether you're searching for a role, hiring talent or simply browsing. Please read them carefully - by using CryptoJob you agree to be bound by them.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using CryptoJob, you confirm that you've read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use CryptoJob. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Using the platform
CryptoJob connects job seekers with onchain teams and provides tools to help both sides move faster.
- Talent can build a profile, save and apply to roles and use our AI-powered application tools.
- Employers can post roles, review candidates and message talent in line with these Terms.
- We don't guarantee any particular role, candidate, hire or outcome - hiring decisions and employment relationships are solely between talent and employers.
Acceptable use
To keep CryptoJob useful and safe for everyone, you agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content, including fake roles or profiles.
- Harass, spam or impersonate others or scrape the platform without our written permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal or harmful purpose.
Wallets & onchain interactions
Some features let you connect a wallet or interact with public blockchains. You remain solely responsible for your wallet, your keys and any onchain transactions you authorize. CryptoJob is not a wallet provider, custodian, broker or financial advisor and nothing on the platform is financial advice.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans and features are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it will remain active through the end of the current billing period. We'll give notice before any change to pricing.
Intellectual property
CryptoJob and its underlying software, design and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
You keep ownership of the content you post, but grant us a license to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the service.
Third-party links & services
The platform may link to or integrate with third-party sites, wallets and services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, practices or availability and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
CryptoJob is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure or that any listing or candidate is accurate or suitable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoJob will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for lost profits, data or opportunities arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CryptoJob harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using CryptoJob at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the platform in a way that risks harm to others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - such as ownership, disclaimers and liability limits - will continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoJob is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use CryptoJob after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
